Market Update

Whoa!  Have there been some changes in the Real Estate market since my last Blog!  I am happy to report that Preferred Properties is alive and well and surviving in these uncertain times.  Despite all of the gloom and doom reports in the media, there is much market activity and I am actively working with both buyers and sellers every day.  In general, property values have turned in the direction I had expected at the time of my last Blog.  I just didn’t know how much of a value change would occur or exactly when the change would occur.  But, in the Real Estate world, we always live in the here and now.  So whether you are a potential buyer or seller, please know that I am available to answer any questions you may have or to work with you on a specific transaction.  I have a new management team in place with expertise in mortgage lending and can assist you with any questions or concerns you may have on those issues.
