Kris is our Home Loan Expert , specializing loans in refinance and purchase loans for homes. She has worked in various sectors of the financial industry, with emphasis on mortgage lending. She has extensive experience in financing for foreign borrowers, manfactured homes, and construction. Having 20+ years in the mortage field, she will be your guiding light with your mortgage decisions. Kris also values education having obtained a BA from Rutgers, and numerous training courses related to banking, finance, and mortgage lending, including, but not limited to, credit couseling, borrower qualification, and fraud detection. She is a trained public speaker affliated with Toastmasters International, has served as President, presently serving as Area Govenor. Her other affiliations include Manatee Assocation of Realtors where she is currently serving as Chairperson of the Affiliates Committee, enabling Kris to develop and maintain business relationships with other affiliate members of banking, real estate, and mortgage origination. She is also a member of Manatee and Sarasota Chambers of Commerce. A total delight to be around, with a great persona of understanding.
